Return policy

I am not satisfied with the product. How can I return it?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the following returns policy applies:

1. The return must be informed within 7 days of purchase to the following email address: igor.bobusky@gmail.com.
2. Please include your full name, the email used at checkout, and the date of purchase, so we can locate your order quickly.
3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe — card, TWINT, or Apple / Google Pay) within 10 business days of approval. Bank settlement can take a few additional days depending on your provider.

Goodwill guarantee on top

In addition to the 7-day window above, we offer a goodwill guarantee specifically for Legendary Love Breakthrough: if, after attending your first full live session, you genuinely feel the experience is not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of the end of that session — no awkward conversation. This is described in more detail in the Disclaimer and on the Pricing section of the home page.

This policy is offered in good faith on top of, and not in place of, your statutory consumer rights under Swiss and (where applicable) EU law.
